About this guidance

ADASS/LGA: Partners for Care and Health (PCH) commissioned Shared Lives Plus, the national charity representing the Shared Lives sector, to develop guidance on good practice in developing and growing Shared Lives. This guidance aims to support councils wanting to enable more people with a learning disability to benefit from the Shared Lives model of care and support. This guide has been co-produced with representatives across adult social care.
