Our recipe for co-production

As a co-production project group, made of ADASS staff, trustees, members, regional colleagues and people with lived experience, we co-produced 6 key principles of co-production, that we’re calling our co-production ingredients.

Our co-production recipe

We’ve used staff surveys and an in-person workshop to capture the team’s goals for co-production and what would help us reach these goals (also called enablers). 

These ‘enablers’ are pieces of work the team have identified will support embedding co-production in ADASS, making it more sustainable in the long-term.

We’re calling these enablers our ‘co-production recipe’. 

These won’t be implemented overnight – they are milestones for us to work towards and shape our actions in the shorter term.
