Speaker requests

Filling this form in will help us understand your event better and allow us to get back to you in a timely fashion.

Please note that ADASS receives a large volume of speaker requests and, unfortunately, we cannot meet every request.

Due to our limited availability please note the criteria below for speaker requests:

• If the topic area is not aligned to our current work areas or is not an area of interest, it is unlikely that we will be able to participate.
• Your request should ideally be submitted at least six weeks before the event.
• If we are able to fulfil a speaker request, based on the information provided, we will contact you to discuss associated speaker costs. We do usually charge a fee of £1000+VAT for speakers and would expect reasonable travel expenses to be met. Costs may vary according to the nature of the event.
