Webinar: Procuring your next adult social care case management system using the Foundational Specification

The Department of Health and Social Care are working with public sector tech consultants BetterGov to publish a Foundational Specification for procurement of adult social care case management systems.

The aim is to simplify the procurement process for Local Authorities by providing a standardised specification which will save valuable time, cost and resource when going out to procure. In addition, the guidance will promote improved functionality, greater data-sharing and potential economies of scale.

The specification has been shaped through continuous engagement with stakeholders, with one-to-one discussions, a survey, and a series of workshops.

This webinar gives the Department for Health and Social Care and BetterGov the opportunity to talk through the resulting specification and provide training and guidance, allowing local authorities to optimise their use of the product.
