Event details

Date
27 April - 29 April 2026
Venue:
Wyboston Lakes Conference Centre, Wyboston, Bedford, MK44 3BY

The ADASS Spring Seminar returns in 2026, building on the success of previous years with a refreshed programme designed to be empowering, engaging and focused on the realities facing sector leaders.

The seminar brings together ADASS members from across the country for practical, solutions-focused sessions that address shared challenges, while also celebrating collective strengths and the transformative impact of adult social care.

The year ahead continues to bring significant change. Local government and NHS reform are progressing, the wider social care landscape is evolving, and the Casey Commission is gathering pace. With increasing pressure on resources, the need for confident, collaborative and creative leadership has never been greater.

In response to member feedback, the 2026 seminar offers increased opportunities for peer networking alongside a wide variety of learning formats, including masterclasses, interactive workshops and sessions co-designed with people with lived experience. The focus is on active learning that is relevant, practical and energising, complemented by fresh perspectives and new voices to challenge and inspire thinking.

The seminar also includes the ADASS AGM, providing an important opportunity for members to engage, share views and help shape the future direction of the Association.
