In our consultation response, we emphasise the vital role of housing as core health and social care infrastructure. Accessible, age-friendly homes enable people to live the lives they choose, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and support more equitable access to care. We urge Government to ensure planning policy priorities accessibility and a clear pipeline of specialist and supported housing across all areas.
