Tell your story

Care Can’t Wait is a campaign aiming to demonstrate the positive power of social care to enable people to live their lives the way they want, whatever challenge they may face. To achieve this, we would like to platform people who draw on care and support and support them to share their stories on the positive impact it can have.

We know care and support in England isn’t always a positive experience for everyone, which is why we are trying to improve it. We won’t shy away from talking about the problems and challenges. But by showing that good social care and support is possible, and what it looks like at its best, we can make the case for more of it. By raising awareness amongst the public and bringing them on board with our calls to improve and invest in social care, we can pressure our leaders to prioritise it, and provide more high quality care and support to more people.

Are you an adult social care provider?

Are you commissioned by a local authority to provide adult social care and support?

As well as individuals, we would be happy to hear from providers as well. Please ensure you have permission from the person you are providing care and support to and then fill out the form below. We are seeking strong stories, with a balance between different types of services and geographical locations.
