Associate membership application form

Associate membership is open to all former ADASS members – Directors of Adult Social Services, Extended Members and Principal Social Workers.

We aim to process applications within 7 working days and will inform you accordingly if your application has been accepted.

If you have not yet left your local authority position, we will process your Associate membership around the time of your leaving to ensure a smooth transition.

Associate membership runs annually from 1 April to 31 March, and new members can join anytime. Membership fees are listed here and are reviewed annually at the ADASS AGM. Please refer to the application form for more information.
