ADASS POLICY PRIORITIES
As a charity, ADASS seeks to further comprehensive, equitable, social policies and plans which reflect and shape the economic and social environment.
ADASS has a ‘three-year rolling programme’ of Policy Priorities, three overarching policy areas that are considered to have the greatest universal significance. These overarching policy priorities are underpinned by three cross-cutting Enabling Priorities. Within each priority network, our members have developed a great number of communities focusing each on a different key aspect of adult social care.
Our networks and communities undertake a range of work including advocacy, attendance at parliamentary Select Committees, engagement with reviews and amendments, and contributing to Government papers. They also produce guides, hints and tips to support members and share good practice.
