NCASC 2026 – Workshop Bids are Open

NCASC 2026 workshop bids are now open. We are inviting applications for workshops taking place during the conference on the 11-13 November in Liverpool across adult, children’s and all-age programmes.

Please ensure all sections of the application are fully completed before submission. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 3 July 2026.

Speaker attendance

• Speakers will be entitled to a free place at the conference on the day of their session and do not need to register online.
• One chair and up to three speakers is the maximum per session to ensure time for interaction with attendees. Bids with more than 3 speakers will not be considered.
• Diversity of panel members is expected across all sessions.
• Speakers need to organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation. These and any other expenses will not be reimbursed either fully or partially.
