ADASS Responds to European Court judgement on pay for travel
10 September 2015
ADASS VICE PRESIDENT Harold Bodmer said: “Although we welcome the Courts ruling, ADASS is well aware that it may impose further costs onto a care sector already reeling from five years of financial cutbacks.
“Ministers and officials now conducting the current Spending Review really must ensure that these extra costs, along with many other incurred in the past, are responsibly factored in to the process.”
