Please note all advance Speakers Corner slots are now taken.  Only on site bookings for Pod 2 can now be made

Speakers Corner will be in the gallery area of Manchester Central - the main crossover point between break out rooms and the exhibition.  There will be two inflatable pods, placed side by side with a staffed information desk and notice board between.  Only two demonstrations can be held at any one point.  There will be casual/soft seating in front of igloo areas.

  • This should be a voice only area - any distribution of paper will be discouraged.
  • There will be no technical support other than the microphones, although technical requests can be made to Cue Media (contact to follow).
  • There can be no drinks service in this area.

Details of the sessions in each pod will be publicised on the notice board displayed at the venue.  In addition we will try to publicise sessions via the website and social media.

Booking a session

Half the sessions (pod 1) have been allocated in advance, the remainder (pod 2) will be allocated on site.  Please note that only 1 slot can be allocated for each organisation.

To book a session on site go to the information desk located at Speakers Corner.  You must be a registered delegate or exhibitor at the Conference.

In agreeing to take a slot you must agree to the basic terms and conditions set out by the Conference Organisers having particular regard to the fact that we wish this to be a paperless zone (for health and safety reasons) and you must also take advice from the administrator located at the venue and any technician in attendance.

After the event

All session organisers will be encouraged to load further detail on to the website.
