The purpose of this workshop was to provoke debate about changes in workforce culture and behaviours that are critical to successful implementation of the Care Act 2014 and transforming care. Also to reflect on resulting workforce development priorities and how the sector should work together to deliver these. Following short presentations, there was debate about contemporary workforce challenges, roles, priorities and how to best secure cultural change and reform.
