BASW launch of rival College of Social WorkAssociation of Directors of Adult Social Services

In a joint statement issued today, the two Associations said Both ADASS and ADCS have always supported the formation of The College of Social Work and we will continue to do so.

We do not think it is in the interests of the social work profession for BASW to set up an alternative College. And we do not support BASW in their attempt to do so.
