ADASS has worked with our sector partners; the Care and Support Alliance, Care Providers Alliance and NHS Confederation to highlight the essential nature of social care and the issues facing older and disabled people who need care and support and their carers for parliamentary candidates and the new government.  This document can be used locally as well as nationally by members, providers, voluntary and community and NHS organisations to clarify what social care does and its importance, now and in the future.
