Accelerate: Preparing leaders for change

We are delighted to be launching another year of our Accelerate programme – supporting leaders of adult social care to manage complex change in a way which engages their organisation, is results driven and sustainable.

Are you a Director or Assistant director looking for valuable, practical learning on how to successfully deliver large scale change within your adult social care programme? Then the Accelerate 2020 is a programme tailored to you.

“Being part of the Accelerate programme has been a fantastic opportunity to build networks with other newly appointed or aspiring Directors across the country and develop personal learning. I feel I have benefited greatly from both the input and support around developing strategic thinking and planning skills from the Newton team and through the sharing of ideas with other programme participants to bring back to the workplace”.

Delivered in partnership with Newton, Accelerate gives senior leaders in adult social care the opportunity to rapidly develop their capability to deliver effective strategic and operational change.

This practical programme will equip leaders with “the framework and methodology for the successful implementation of a change programme which can be applied to all programmes irrespective of what is changing”.

Commencing in March 2020, the programme involves four short residential modules over a 10-month period.

Applications for the programme will CLOSE on 03 January 2020.
