Terms of Reference

1. To exercise the functions of the Association with regard to financial matters including the SSA, Grant, Charging and funding mechanisms.

2. To support the Executive Council in its information gathering, analysis and in reporting on such financial matters.

3. To consider resource matters connected with the commissioning role of social services in consultation with other Committees as required.

4. To consider welfare benefits and social security matters touching upon the resourcing of local authorities; including income.

5. To initiate and carry out such consultations as appropriate for the purposes of carrying out its terms of reference.
