Department of Health Breakfast Meeting: 'Oversight of the social care market - post-Southern Cross'.  Join us for this session, where you will hear more about the Department of Health's proposals on oversight of the social care market, following the financial distress and failure of a major provider of residential care, Southern Cross. William Vineall, Deputy Director of Policy and Legislation and Rachel Armstrong Policy Manager, Social Care Markets, will outline current proposals, prior to the formal consultation on market oversight, which will launch in the coming months.  A light breakfast will be provided
