Personalisation Network Welcome to the Personalisation Network Home Page. This is the youngest of the ADASS Policy Networks and we were set up as a direct result of the government's promotion of personalisation within its social care Transformation Agenda. We shall be working very closely with Jeff Jerome who, as National Director for Social care Transformation, will be working with local authority and partner organisations to encourage and enhance the development of personalised support. We shall be looking to consider all the issues that arise from the growth of personalised caring, including appropriate use of individual/personal budgets and resource allocation considerations.
